Call of Duty Warzone update expands player limit to 200
Among the new features that arrived today in the Call of Duty Warzone update, the main one is the increase in the player limit to 200!
The quad games (teams of 4 players) in Call of Duty Warzone will become more intense starting this week according to the announcement by Activision and Infinity Ward. Previously, the maximum number of players in around in the game was 150 people, but now it has become 200 players.
Since launch, a maximum of one hundred and fifty simultaneous players per game was allowed, but Infinity Ward decided to increase this number by another 50 users for each fight. It is not yet known how long this change, which comes with today’s update (30), will remain.
In addition to the aforementioned novelty, new items were also added, such as the Rytec AMR sniper rifle. Another interesting tool that was implemented in Warzone was the Spotter Scope (kind of portable scope), to monitor enemies.
There was also the addition of the Juggernaut Royale mode, an update of Gulag weapons and a new contract called Supply Run.
In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, players will be able to choose a new operator called Roze, and experience a new map and a new multiplayer mode (Cheshire Park and Team Defender, respectively). Modern Warfare users will also have the right to use the new Rytec AMR sniper rifle.
Space needed for the update
The storage space required to install the update can vary between 22GB and 36GB, depending on whether the player has Modern Warfare installed or just Warzone. There is also a secondary download of approximately 3.5GB for console players.
