Google Stadia now works on any Android
Google began expanding the Stadia on smartphones and opened experimental support for the streaming service for Android phones. With this, almost any device running version 6.0 or higher of the operating system can run the platform app.
For those who are in one of the countries that have already received the service, just download the app from the Play Store , enter the experimental functions tab and activate the device. As its name implies, support does not guarantee compatibility with Stadia and users may encounter problems during use.

According to the official Google help site, the company only guarantees stable operation of Stadia with devices that have received official support for the platform. The device list includes Pixel models, latest phones from OnePlus, Samsung and also the gamers from ASUS and Razer.
On-screen controls
In addition to launching experimental support, Google also released controls on the smartphone screen for Stadia. Thus, the player does not need to connect a joystick to the mobile device to be able to play. Although the gameplay experience is not ideal, the novelty should help the firm reach more consumers.

In April, Google began releasing a free trial of Stadia Pro that guarantees two months of access for new users. Later this year, the company should also launch the free edition of the service, which will bring streaming games purchased on the platform in Full HD.
Currently, Stadia is available in 14 countries.
