When two years ago since HONOR went into portable terrain and waiting to meet the HONOR 10X , today it has presented the new HONOR MagicBook Pro 2020 , a laptop that collects the 16.1-inch ultrabook witness that its predecessor, the HONOR MagicBook Pro from last year.
With this new equipment, the brand continues to complete the computer showcase in 2020, after the last batch in November 2019 with the MagicBook 2 and the MagicBook 14 and 15 . An aluminum chassis computer with Windows 10 Home as the operating system that seeks to be a compact option for a larger screen than usual.

16.1 inches where we used to see 15.6
It is an update of that previous model that we mentioned, of which the aluminum chassis has been kept as is. Same dimensions, design and material for this 2020 model, which maintains 16.9 millimeters thick and weighs 1.7 kilograms .
It is refined on its edges, leaving them at 4.9 millimeters, thus trying to maximize the feeling that it is a light and light team. The screen is 16.1 inches , but since the frames are quite thin they have managed to fit it on the surface that in other cases we see a 15.6-inch panel.
It is a 16.1-inch screen with FullHD resolution , seeing that they have not taken advantage of adding a more advanced version taking advantage of the different processor configurations. It covers 100% of the sRGB color space and according to the manufacturer the screen manages to occupy 90% of the front.
16 GB of RAM and 10th generation Intel processors
The key to the update is the addition of 10th generation Intel processors, this time starting from 16 GB of RAM and leaving behind the 8 GB option that we did see last year. There are two variants: with i5-10210U processor or with i7-10510U, and the graphics are still from NVIDIA, but going up to the GeForce MX350 with 2 GB of dedicated memory.
The input and output ports are also maintained, with HDMI, USB type C for charging, three USB 3.0 ports and a 3.5 mm jack. It has Bluetooth 5.0, backlit keyboard, Dolby Atmos and a battery that as promised gives 14 hours of autonomy .
HONOR MagicBook 2020 price and availability
For now they have announced it in China, setting the prices corresponding to that market which we indicate below:
- HONOR MagicBook Pro 2020 with Intel Core i5 processor: 5,999 yuan, about 779.3 euros to change.
- HONOR MagicBook Pro 2020 with Intel Core i7 processor: 6,699 yuan, about 870.2 euros to change.
In that country it will be is available (in a single color), thus remaining pending to know its price and availability in other markets.
