iPhone 12 leaked covers suggest same screen size for Pro and Plus variants
Another day, yet another leak involving the iPhone 12 line, which until then, has yet to be announced – but with mass production supposedly starting in July.
The latest leak shows three protective covers supposedly intended for upcoming models, suggesting that two of them (the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Max / Plus) would have the same 6.1 ”size on their AMOLED screen.
Four models are expected for the next generation of Apple smartphones, the iPhone 12, 12 Max / Plus, 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max . While the most basic model would have a 5.4 ”panel, the most advanced of the line would have a gigantic 6.7” display.

The leaked covers reiterate a look inspired by the models made official in 2019, with the infamous “cooktop” at the rear, housing the camera modules – and possibly a LiDAR sensor, in the most expensive models.
We still don’t know if Apple will continue with a double set of cameras in the most basic models of the line, but everything indicates that it does – at best, it could add an extra module and put the LiDAR sensor as a differential in the most expensive variants.
Amid so many corroborations about the design and launch, the devices are expected between October and November. Apple’s next big event, WWDC, should start on June 22nd, where we’ll get to know the next versions of the search giant’s platforms.
