Magic Keyboard keyboard could win version for iPad, iPad Air and iPad mini
Although the iPad Pro (2020) only brought discreet news when compared to the version launched in 2018, one of the big differences was the launch of the Magic Keyboard, which in addition to keys with better response, also introduced a trackpad to the official keyboard of the tablet professional.
The problem is that, so far, only iPad Pro models are compatible with the accessory in question, however, everything indicates that this should change soon.
The well-known leaker @ L0vetodream tweeted a few hours ago about a possible launch of the Magic Keyboard for non-Pro models of the iPad, namely the iPad, iPad Air and iPad mini.
Unfortunately, the information did not detail anything about dates, but as WWDC 2020 is scheduled to start on June 22, it may be that the accessory will be made official during the long-awaited event, which this year, will be completely online.
To bring the Magic Keyboard to other iPads, Apple would have to make significant changes to the product’s design, after all, non-Pro models do not have the magnets needed to attach the keyboard to the body.
Without a doubt, the arrival of the accessory would end up offering an even more interesting user experience for iPad owners, especially considering that many people are currently working from home because of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
