New features added on Apple WatchOS 7
In addition to the increased customization available for Watch Face, New features added on Apple WatchOS 7, Apple Watch owners will receive Watch Face sharing, sleep monitoring, and directions to the destination directly on the watch.
Now Apple Watch will receive even greater face customization, with the option to share them with your friends to show how your watch looks or if they want to use a face exactly the same as yours.
We also have: sleep monitoring, monitoring to wash your hands and make sure they are well hygienic, more options for physical activities and movement tracking not only of the arms but of the whole body using the clock sensors.

What’s new in WatchOS 7
Some of the features are new additions to the Smartwatches market, while others have been in the competition for some time, especially sleep quality monitoring.
Customizing the Clock Face
Now you can further personalize your watch faces, whether it’s adding new easy-to-access apps directly on the main screen or changing the background colors or adding a photo as your watch wallpaper.

There will also be more data options that can be displayed, such as the tachometer for example. You can share your Watch Face directly with your friends via message, email or link that redirects you directly to the WatchOS App Store.
Sleep Monitoring
In addition to showing the quality of your sleep at night, the watch will also help you to improve it by suggesting doing or avoiding specific activities before the time you want to sleep.

Options related to this are applying a specific background image from the selected time, time reminders, opening selected applications, among other features.
Monitoring of new exercises, including dances
New exercises have been added to the list of activities that can be monitored by the watch while you exercise.

One of the main new exercises is the monitoring of dances of various types, some of which are Hip-Hop, Cardiac Dance, Bollywood and Latin dance. In addition, the old Activity App will now be called Fitness and will have a completely renewed design.
Sanitization of hands
With the COVID-19 pandemic in full swing, one of the biggest steps people can take to prevent themselves from being infected is to wash their hands thoroughly and efficiently.

It will automatically detect that you are washing your hands and will begin a 20-second countdown to ensure that your hands are thoroughly cleaned at the end of the wash.
Directions directly on the clock while cycling
In addition to giving directions to the user while you are cycling, the app can also tell you when you will need to get off the bike to cross some part of the route defined by Maps.
Using Siri to translate other languages
The new Siri will also have its presence marked in the next version of WatchOS, it will now be possible to use machine translation on the Apple Watch, with simultaneous voice translation and languages divided on the screen to improve the conversation.
