The company says that the new Philips 558M1RY monitor features Bowers & Wilkins audio technology, bringing a 40W speaker directly to the monitor. The goal is to improve the audio quality of the equipment’s native sound, without the need for headphones. Despite this, there is still an audio port, for when users prefer to use a targeted option.
In addition, Philips has also improved the lighting system. The monitor has some lights in the design with the Ambiglow effect. which casts colored lights in different directions from the rear of the product. In this way, the lights reflect on the wall, or in another environment where the equipment is installed.
