Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 appears linked in new leaked images
Rumors say the new watch could be announced now in July
Days ago, images of the 41mm and 45mm Galaxy Watch 3 appeared on the website of the NRRA regulatory agency in South Korea. Now new images of the clock on and running were released on Twitter by the user known as TechTalkTV . The clock interface seems to indicate that the new smartwatch from Samsung actually use the Tizen platform.
The images don’t show much, but you can see some differences in the icon designs of the Calendar and Galaxy Store apps. You can also see the application launcher and some configuration options. The watch must come with a rotating crown and two physical buttons on the right side.
As already mentioned, the Galaxy Watch 3 will have two models: 41mm (SM-R840) and 45mm (SM-R850). The 41mm model should have a 1.2 ”screen, while the 45mm model should have a 1.4” screen. Both will have a screen protected with Gorilla Glass DX, IP68 certified against water and dust, and MIL-STD-810G certified.

The watch’s specifications include 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage capacity, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and the Tizen 5.5 operating system. Some sources also say that the watch will have versions with 4G LTE connectivity (models R845 and R855).
Other features of the Galaxy Watch 3 include sensors such as accelerometer, heart rate monitor, ECG, blood pressure monitor, sleep monitor, GPS and up to 5ATM resistance against water. The 41mm model should come with a 247mAh battery, while the 45mm model should come with a 340mAh battery. The watch must be launched with a stainless steel and titanium finish.
If the rumors are correct, the Galaxy Watch 3 will be unveiled by Samsung in July and will go on sale from August 5. This information has not yet been officially confirmed by the South Korean company.
