Samsung launches a new gaming monitor to enhance the gaming experience
The LC27RG50 model stands out for its speed and immersion provided by the 240Hz refresh rate and the 1500R curved screen.
Samsung today launched the gamer monitor, LC27RG50 model that stands out for its high refresh rate and full immersion offered to users because of its curved screen.
With 27 “, the monitor has three features as its main features: super-fast 240Hz refresh rate, which eliminates lag and allows the player to react in real-time, 1500R curved screen, adapted to your field of view to eliminate strain and reduce eye fatigue and compatibility with the G-Sync system, which eliminates image flickering and screen lag by offering exceptional gameplay.
“The gamer audience is constantly growing and has great importance for Samsung in the world market. We want to offer an increasingly complete portfolio for players, whether recreational or professional, and the new LC27RG50 fulfills this role”,
says Kauê Melo, director of monitors and B2B division of Samsung brazil.
The combination of the super-fast refresh rate with the curved screen, 240Hz RapidCurve, is responsible for even more immersive gameplay and with fluid and clear images. The refresh rate brings more frames per second, that is, the person can see the movement of the scenes in full detail.

The 1500R curved screen doesn’t just result in reduced fatigue. It also provides more immersion and concentration for the player, in yet another way to facilitate better results in games.
As it was tailor-made for the human field of view, the LC27RG50 monitor screen is seen in its entirety, up to the edges, without having to move your eyes sideways. Eye fatigue is also combated with Flicker Free technology, which eliminates flickering caused by the brightness of images, and with Eye Saver Mode, which minimizes enough blue light to keep your eyes relaxed and comfortable during longer games.
The compatibility with the G-Sync system ensures the end of unstable gameplay. Monitor and CPU act in sync to improve gameplay and present more stable and smooth scenes. Another factor that contributes to the gaming experience is the Samsung CRG5 3000: 1 contrast, which generates more intense blacks and brighter whites to improve the level of detail and shading.
To present more precision to the player, Samsung developed a Game Mode with customized settings capable of adjusting black tones, contrast, sharpness and color for any game genre with Picture Mode, minimizing the gaps between your input devices and screen with Low Input Lag Mode, which helps to center the target on the screen for more accurate attacks on the enemy with Virtual Aim Point.

The LC27RG50 monitor also stands out for its design. The 178-degree wide viewing angle delivers consistent image quality to be seen sitting, leaning, standing or lying anywhere.
Borderless on three sides, the screen practically flows for dual monitor setup. The Y base and the circular rear complement the look of the product with a more modern look. With the monitor running, it is also possible to run the OSD Gamer Menu in the background and access the graphics processing unit settings with the games in progress.
