Microsoft officially announces the acquisition of ZeniMax Media, Bethesda’s parent company

Microsoft today announced the official completion of the acquisition of ZeniMax Media, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks. After a long negotiation process and waiting for the European Union’s approval, the Windows developer finally acquires the various studios that make up Zenimax Media.
Xbox director Phil Spencer says:

Bethesda currently has two PS5 exclusives from Deathloop and Ghostwire: Tokyo to launch, where Xbox said it will honor the commitment.
